The hotel is situated in a stunning location in the hilly area of the French countryside. It’s conveniently located near a great restaurant and the Mercure Saint Nectaire. the facilities offered are excellent.

the room was elegant with a double bed when upgraded. the facilities such as central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a tv were available. the service was good, the food was fine.

The accommodation was nicely presented and they even provided a travel cot.

Two points on the Accor website were misleading: 'the hotel is in the town centre'. No, it's 500m from the town centre. The rooms have 'automatic temperature control'. We assumed that this meant air conditioning. We were wrong. The rooms have heating but no air conditioning. With a room opening direct onto the garden/pool area we were not happy to leave the window open at night and the room was very hot. We eventually moved to an upper floor room where we could leave the window open at night. Management were very helpful but summer visitors should note the absence of air con.

It was the most decent hotel in the area . Restaurant room is a very nice room in the hotel.

Rooms have been updated , but access to them are really outdated, the bathroom was not super clean and very tiny.

The Hotel Mercure Saint-Nectaire Spa & Bien-Etre features elegant and recently decorated units that come equipped with a jacuzzi and a comfortable double bed. Its fantastic location is just a 10-minute walk from the bus station, and it's also conveniently located only 5 minutes by car from the Photographic Angle.

They offer a great selection of tasty breakfast options and the location in the city center is very convenient for exploring.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. Considering the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the small touches in the rooms, such as the travel cot provided for families, to the basic amenities that were well-maintained, it was clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Situated in the center of the village, it was convenient to have a good restaurant just across the street and easy access to skiing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was a great bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
